Jessica is a Florida Bar Certified Real Estate Attorney with more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, property development, property operations, and financing. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations in 1999 and from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2003.  As a partner in the commercial real estate team of a large national law firm for more than a decade, Jessica assisted clients in complex, multifaceted real estate activities and financing transactions on a national basis. She served as lead and local counsel in the acquisitions and dispositions of hotel, office, retail, and student housing portfolios across multiple states, and the financing and refinancing of those portfolios.  She has experience with all different property types, including single and multi-family residential, office, retail and dining, hotel and resort, warehouse and distribution, industrial and entertainment venues.
